Leslie and I came to Tracy with our business ideas and a draft marketing plan for our support groups. Our plans and concepts were not yet refined and neither of us had the technological knowledge to really explain what we required from a web developer.

Despite all of these challenges, Tracy was able to take what we gave him and help create a clear concept, business name and marketing strategy for our business. He designed a logo and web page that fit our needs perfectly. Tracy demonstrated tremendous initiative in researching our intended name, "Transitional Insights" and in getting the necessary information to us so that we could register it through the state government and web registrars.

We had originally envisioned that developing the site would be a long painful ordeal, but to the contrary, it went very smoothly and Tracy was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Tracy came to my rescue the day I realized the person I had been using just wasn’t working out. But that didn’t matter -- Tracy dove right in and quickly figured out the system and how to creatively use it to design the website of my dreams. He showed me that building a website didn’t have to be a struggle. Tracy has a natural talent for this stuff. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t do or figure out how to do.
